·       Admission: The process of being accepted into the hospital for treatment.

·       Anaesthesia: Medication used to prevent pain during surgery.

·       Appointment: A scheduled meeting with a healthcare professional.

·       Bedside: The area next to a patient's bed.

o   Example: "The nurse checked Emeka's vital signs at his bedside."

·       Blood Bank: A place where blood is collected, stored, and distributed.

·       Blood Pressure: The force of blood against the walls of arteries.
